Each tour combines a series of targeted exercises specifically designed to increase balance, strength, flexibility and endurance. Altersbacher Wasserfall



Experience the fascination of the Alterbach waterfall. This tour takes you to several special viewpoints and varied trails. This tour can be flexibly expanded to include even more unique viewpoints.

My personal favorite if you have a bit more time.

Start: Tuesdays at 10 a.m

Duration: approx. 2 hours

Meeting point: Marktplatz - Waldkirch




The tour to Kastelburg offers varied views and gives an insight into the varied nature of the Black Forest.

There will be various stops on this tour so that you can take in the view even better with targeted exercises.  The whole body is trained in a special way.

Start: Thursdays at 10 a.m

Duration: approx. 1.5 hours

Meeting point: S-Waldkirch

For fixed groups of 5 - max. 15 people, separate tours can be booked upon request.
